Organizers

Let us help with your game.

Availability, reminders and subs, all in one place.

How it works.

For a weekly game or a clinic with a pro. Your players need nothing but their phone: no app, no password.

  1. 1
Everyone marks her dates. Before the season, each player gets her own link by email or text and taps the dates she can play. The dates are shared out evenly, and everyone receives her schedule with a calendar link.
A player's page with the dates she can play marked in green
  2. 2
A reminder before each game. Two days ahead, everyone playing hears who is in the group, along with the pro's focus for a clinic. A reply of Yes confirms.

Good morning, Beth! A friendly reminder that you're playing Tuesday at 7:00 PM on Court 2.

Playing: Ann, Carol, Kate and you.
    This week's focus: lobs.

    Reply Yes to confirm.

    Yes

Wonderful, you're all set for Tuesday, November 3. See you then!

  3. 3
Subs, taken care of. If she can't make it, she taps one link. The spot is offered to your subs, the first to reply In takes it, and everyone is told.

Hi there! Beth can't make it Tuesday at 7:00 PM on Court 2, and we'd love to have you fill in. Reply In to take the spot.

Your season at a glance. Your own page shows who is playing each week, who has confirmed and where a sub stepped in. From there you can write to the group whenever you like.

Questions.

What does it cost?

Nothing. It is free for Farmington ladies’ groups.

Do my players need an app?

No. Each player has her own link. She taps it to see her dates, say she can’t make one, or change how she hears from us. There is no password and nothing to download.

Text or email?

Each player chooses text, email or both. Texts only go to those who ask for them, and a reply of STOP ends them at any time.

Who sees our phone numbers and emails?

Only you, and the person who looks after this site. Players see who is playing each week, never each other’s numbers or emails.

What if a player finds her own sub?

She adds her sub from her link, and the sub hears from us like everyone else.

Does it work for a clinic with a pro?

Yes. The pro gets the group list before each clinic and is asked what the group will work on, which goes into the reminder.

How do I get started?

Tell us about your group below. We set it up with you, then you add your players and their emails. You sign in with a code we email you, so there is no password to remember.
